I love this recipe and you don’t really need to use exact measurements, but as a rough guide mix the following in a blender: (makes approx. 10 pancakes)
- 100g porridge oats
- 2 eggs
- 15g Protein Powder (I use Protein Works – Vanilla Crème flavour)
- Approx 150ml any kind of milk (I’ve used oat, almond and regular semi skimmed) – add extra as needed if mixture is too thick.
TOPPINGS
Take some Fat Free Greek Yogurt (I used Fage Total 0%) and add a little (or a lot) honey to taste.
Fruit – I fried apples in a little brown sugar and a lot of cinnamon.
