I have had a huge passion for sport and fitness since my teenage years and after a different career path, I came full circle and finally qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2019 – I honestly believe it’s what I was born to do. I have a range of clients from university students to ex-military personnel, both here in the UK and internationally.
I believe anyone can achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. My passion is to encourage and help you on your personal fitness journey. We are all unique and on our own path in life - don't follow and copy somebody else, find what you love and what works for you.
Outside of the fitness world I love spending time with my family; we have too many fun hobbies to name but our favourites would definitely be go-kart racing, road trips to Scotland and eating Krispy Kreme donuts!

Favourite Exercise? Not running (although I do)! Happiest with some super heavy dumbells, medicine balls and a bench!
Cardio or Weights? Hands down, weights every time.
Arm day or leg day? Arms – always!
Favourite sport to watch? Rugby (Scotland) and Formula One.
Favourite food? Chicken fajitas – I could literally live on them.
FUN FACT: I have played rugby for the Dubai Women’s 1st Team at the Dubai International Rugby 7’s during the 90’s!

I am based in South Bucks and can offer either in person or online training. Please note, online training is not appropriate for everyone and I will offer it on a case by case basis - please contact me to discuss your requirements.

I run 4 sessions per week (2 morning and 2 evening)
Complimentary if purchased with a block of 10 sessions.
A tailored program for you to use at home / in a gym.
A fitness assessment must be completed prior to a program being written.

You are going to find it hard to not fall in love with working out with Wendy!
I started as a face to face client with Wendy and really appreciated the assessment - I felt she really understood what I needed to shake things up and we did some great PT sessions just building my confidence to get into weights and circuits. My comfort zone was cardio but that was doing little to my post-40 bod! Wendy just gets this and has totally built my confidence and understanding of what I now need.
I moved to the USA with work and have loved being able to pick back up with Wendy with her great online session. She's reliable and totally makes them easy to follow and ejoy. Her circuits are my lunchtime treat twice a week and I get to keep it going wherever I am with work/home life. I've never been so consistent with exercising and Wendy's down to earth, real approach has helped. I am literally working out with a friend and having a great chat so it never feels as tough/horrible as it could be.
There's been a few 'achy' days after but I can't believe my progress over the last 6 weeks of her circuit sessions. Small little goals like increasing an exercise count have really motivated me but it's been more the shape change and feeling like I don't want to miss a session that I'm amazed at. I've not enjoyed working out this much in a long time and have even got my sister involved!

I have never really been into going to the gym or doing any regular exercise routine but I can honestly say, I look forward to my online sessions with Wendy. She is always encouraging and enthusiastic throughout the workout and they are varied and targeted at getting stronger at a pace that suits me. Her sunny and happy disposition gets you through the tough bits, the hour goes so quickly! Wendy’s knowledge and advice on nutrition and fitness is always helpful and informative, my fav go-to PT!
