This is so easy to make and satisfies any chocolate craving. Taking 1 bar of dark chocolate, melt it down (I use the microwave) and simply spread it thinly on some greaseproof paper. Optional extra is add some milled seeds into the melted chocolate, I have used flaxseed in the past and it works well. Once it’s spready thinly, scatter your favourite toppings; pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, pecans, cashews, peanuts – I personally go for the protein in seeds and nuts but I have also been known to add some popcorn and marshmallows! Let it all set for a little bit then break into squares and store in an air tight container in the fridge. Sometimes it will last a week in our house, but not often!!!
