I love this recipe and you don’t really need to use exact measurements, but as a rough guide mix the following in a blender: (makes approx. 10 pancakes)

  • 100g porridge oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 15g Protein Powder (I use Protein Works – Vanilla Crème flavour)
  • Approx 150ml any kind of milk (I’ve used oat, almond and regular semi skimmed) – add extra as needed if mixture is too thick.

TOPPINGS

Take some Fat Free Greek Yogurt (I used Fage Total 0%) and add a little (or a lot) honey to taste.

Fruit – I fried apples in a little brown sugar and a lot of cinnamon.
